Q: How do I sign up for FutureResume.com?
A: Just click on the link that says "Sign Up" above and follow the simple instructions. If you have any trouble, call us at 888-838-8331.
Q: How do I log in if I forget my username/password?
A: If you have forgotten your password, changed your email address, or forgotten which email address you used when you created your account, please email us or call (888) 838-8331 and a Customer Support Agent will assist you.
Q: How do I change my account email address?
A: Once on the Personal Information Tab, simply update your email address and press save or next. Your updated email address will be saved.
Q: How do I reset my account password?
A: Once on the Personal Information Tab, change your password and press save or next. Your new password will be saved.
Q: How do I edit my contact information?
A: Once on the Personal Information Tab, update and edit your contact information. Press save or next and your information will be saved.
Note: Updating account information will also update the same information on your resume(s) and/or cover letter.

Q: Can I have multiple accounts using the same email address?
A: You can only have one account per email address. To have multiple accounts, you will need to obtain additional email addresses.
Q: How do I cancel my account?
A:To cancel your account, click the "Disable My Account" tab on your home page. By canceling, you will lose access to all associated features, including resume and video features, so you may instead want to maintain access to your video features and stay in touch with employment trends.
