FutureResume.com allows active job seekers the ability to place resumes and candidate video introductions on our website. Job seekers are able to store their resume/video introduction as "Confidential" (stored but not searchable by companies or recruiters), and send them to prospective employers to apply for jobs. Job seekers may also store resumes as "Employer Only" (searchable by employers only). Resumes stored as "Everyone" will allow all direct employers and staffing recruiting firms the ability to view candidate video introductions and resumes. FutureResume.com is not responsible for employers or agencies that may misuse our system but will make every effort to ensure that users utilize the system in a proper manner. Job seekers are able to change resume status at any time. Job seekers may also delete all information with a simple click. Employers and recruiters may have already downloaded resumes; we cannot take responsibility for your resume after it has been downloaded. Job seekers do not have to shoot a video introduction to be members of the site.

FutureResume.com gives active companies the ability to post corporate video profiles on our website. Corporate partners are able to post "Confidential" job postings (without a company logo or contact information). Corporate partners do not have to post a company video profile and are able to post job positions at any time. Corporate partners are able to change the status of postings back and forth from "Active" (seeking resumes), to "Inactive" (closed or on hold). FutureResume.com is not responsible for job seekers or agencies that misuse our system but will make every effort to ensure that users utilize the system in a proper manner. Corporate partners do not have to post a company video profile or post jobs in order to use the resume search database.

Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Information

FutureResume.com collects EEO data that includes demographic and profile data on users who wish to provide it. Giving this information is strictly voluntary, and this data is used for EEO reporting to our employers; IT IS NOT DELIVERED TO HIRING MANAGERS AND IS NOT AVAILABE ON RESUME SEARCHES. This information is sent to a designated human resources representative of the employer on an aggregate basis. The information is also used by FutureResume.com on an aggregate basis to analyze website traffic.
